A SECOND LOOK AT THE FINANCING PLAN

When your buyer needs clearer answers.

A delayed response or an unexplained number can make it harder to plan the next step. A second conversation can help identify what is missing and what needs to happen next.

Start with the unresolved question.

Is the buyer unsure about cash to close? Do the rate and fees need explanation? Has a property detail changed? Naming the question helps make the review useful.

Bring the timeline into the conversation.

Share the relevant contract dates and where the current financing stands. Changing lenders can affect costs, documentation and timing. A review should clarify those consequences before anyone decides to make a change.

Compare actual terms.

With the buyer’s permission, review the relevant loan information through a secure channel. Compare the same purchase price, down payment, loan structure and assumptions wherever possible. A rate by itself does not describe the full offer.

Leave with a next step.

The outcome might be a clearer explanation, a request for missing information, or a discussion of another option. Grant can help work through the numbers without promising that every transaction can or should change lenders.

Ask Grant for a second look

A discussion is not an approval, a guarantee of terms or a commitment to lend.

YOUR GOALS. A CLEARER PLAN.
